My approach is highly personalized, compassionate, positive, and empowering. I've learned a lot from school and life but most of all I've learned a lot about being compassionate, positive, and empowering by being a part of a my family. I've been married for 35 years to a wonderful man and we have two wonderful adult children. My mom is a big source of inspiration to me. They taught me more than I can say.
My approach as a therapist is that I provide support and practical feedback, along with building on strengths to help clients effectively address and resolve current and long standing issues, as well as to attain the personal growth they are looking for.
